The Governor of California has over 30 lawsuits against him currently. One of the suits will begin early this month. He has been trying to pass laws under “guidelines, orders, mandates, and executive” through his departments. He has no power over individuals, he cannot create new legislation over the people, only his governing bodies. Hear him backtrack in his own words on how he (AND truly no Governor) can create a mandate. Credit to Peggy Hall for getting him to eat these words!
Govenor Newsom making staement, “As you know, I can’t mandate anything”
California citizens were fooled into thinking this Governor could mandate laws over individuals. This has led to countless discrimination charges from store managers, clerks, and business owners. Any “public accommodation” business that denies entry to a citizen for not wearing a mask is violating established law. Citizens of America have an irrevocable right to enter, shop free and equal access. No pandemic gets to violate established law. No private business gets to create a policy that VIOLATES established law, such as civil rights. Just as no business can deny entry for someone in a wheelchair, they cannot discriminate to anyone who refuses to wear a mask. They must provide free and equal access to all citizens.
